Open Team to see everyone in your workspace at a glance — who’s online, what they’re doing right now, and how active they’ve been today.

Who this is for

Anyone signed in can open Team — there’s no special permission for it. It’s the directory you reach for when you know who you want; opening a person from here takes you to their own page, where editing is more restricted.

What you’ll see

The header reads Team, with the context line “Directory · open anyone for their day and analytics,” an Invite people button, and a live-connection light that reads Live when it’s connected or Connecting… while it reconnects.

Under that, three counts: Total members, Online now, and Offline.

Below the counts is Who’s in the workspace, a search box (placeholder “Search name or email…”), and a table of everyone in the workspace with four columns:

  • Member — their avatar, a small status dot, name, and email.

  • StatusOnline or Offline, plus when they were last active, or No activity yet if they haven’t started.

  • Doing now — their current activity classification and the app they’re using, or a dash if there’s nothing to show.

  • Activity — a 0–100 activity bar for the day so far.

Members are listed online-first, then by how active they are, then alphabetically by name.

What happens next

Selecting a member’s name or email opens their page, where you can review their day and, with the right access, edit their settings.

If it doesn’t work

  • If nobody matches your search, you’ll see “Nobody matches that search”“Try a different name or email.”

  • If the workspace has no members yet, you’ll see “No members yet”“Enrolled members appear here as they join.”

  • If the board fails to load, you’ll see “Couldn’t load the live board” with either the server’s own message or “The team activity feed is unavailable right now.”, and a Retry button.

  • If your session is the problem, the message reads “Your session may have expired. Try signing in again.”
